Aji Dipping Sauce / Crema de Aji amarillo

Makes 2 cups

1/2 cup hot yellow pepper paste / aji amarillo paste.
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3 tablespoons lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and let chill in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
