Calamares Fritos
Serves 4
1 pound squid
Salt and pepper
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Clean the squid and cut into rings. Season with salt and pepper and toss in flour until coated. Heat the oil in a large nonstick saute pan and cook until the squid is golden brown, about 4 minutes. Serve with mayonnaise for dipping.
