Makes 2 cups
4 small tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients and let sit for 2 hours in refrigerator. Serve.
