2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Lemon juice
Salt
4 cups water
1 pound rice, rinsed
1 onion, finely chopped
2 pounds of steak, finely diced
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
4 teaspoons raisins
5 black olives, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
In a large sauce pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic over medium high heat. Add a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and the water, and bring to a boil. Add the rice and continue to cook until the liquid is absorbed.
