12 eggs
2 teaspoons crushed garlic

Serves 4

2 cups spinach leaves
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Vegetable oil
½ cup tomato juice
1/2 cup toasted peanuts, ground
1/4 cup mashed Aji chilies
Salt And Pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 dozen large shrimp, cooked
3 eggs, hard boiled
