HUACATAY (BLACK MINT) SAUCE
Ingredients :
1 lb farmers cheese (ricotta, feta)
¾ cup cream or evaporated milk
Huacatay (Black Mint) leaves
Salt
Preparation:
Place in blender or processor, cheese, cream or milk, and huacatay leaves.
Blend until mixture is creamy.
Add 1 teaspoon ground ají amarillo /hot yellow pepper as desired.
