Ingredients:
½ cup of oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 garlic clove, finely diced
Hot Yellow Pepper paste as desired
1 tsp paprika
2 lbs white potatoes peeled, boiled and cut into pieces
¾ cup beef broth
¾ cup fresh cheese
3 tbsp parsley
½ cup of evaporated milk
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Heat oil in a pot, saute onions. Add garlic, hot yellow pepper, paprika, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and broth. Allow it to boil for a few minutes until potatoes are done. Add cheese, parsley and milk. Serve with white rice.
